About the Role As the Centre Director, you will lead a passionate team to deliver outstanding results for children, families, and educators. You’ll oversee daily operations, compliance, and quality while fostering a positive workplace culture where professional growth and wellbeing are prioritised. This role is ideal for someone who is deeply passionate about curriculum, pedagogy, and meaningful practice — and who takes pride in maintaining high standards across all aspects of centre leadership. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of educators Drive continuous improvement and prepare for Assessment & Rating Ensure all regulatory, compliance, and quality frameworks are consistently met Build strong, authentic relationships with families and the local community Collaborate closely with senior leadership and educational consultants Contribute to the organisation’s broader vision for excellence and innovation About You You’re a confident, reflective leader who thrives on challenge, collaboration, and purpose.
